Main House:
€350 per night
Maximum main house occupancy of 5 adults, or 4 adults plus 2-4 children (depending upon ages)
Two (2) double rooms, plus one (1) "kid's" room with 3 singles
Two (2) full bathrooms, one (1) guest WC

Family Room:
additional €100 per night
Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children
One (1) double bed, plus one (1) trundle bed with 2 singles
Private bathroom

Rose Room:
additional €100 per night
Sleeps 2 adults; double bed or two singles, your choice
Private bathroom

Lemon Blossom Room:
additional €100 per night
Sleeps 2 adults; double bed or two singles, your choice
Private bathroom

Pool Room:
additional €40 per night
Sleeps 2 adults; two single beds

WHOLE VILLA DISCOUNT: Rent entire villa for €675 per night
4 double rooms, 1 family room, 1 kid's room, 1 poolside room
Sleeps 12 adults plus 2-5 children (depending upon ages)

Easter and Christmas/New Year's: 15% surcharge over standard rates.
Infant cot available upon request. All rates and payments are in Euros.

Booking Policies
For stays of one week or less, the Booking Deposit is equal to three (3) times the nightly rate; for longer stays, the Booking Deposit is 30% of the total rental amount. Any remaining payment will be required 60 days before check-in.  A €300 refundable security deposit is due in cash upon arrival.

Minimum Stay
The minimum stay at the Herdade dos Alfanges is three (3) nights.
Minimum stay for Easter, Christmas and New Year's is five (5) nights.

Pets
In general we do not encourage pets.  This policy is to ensure the safety of your pet as there are working dogs on the farm and to ensure the safety of our animals.  Please enquire and a case by case decision will be made.
